What type of system do I need to run VorzeInteractive content?
VorzeInteractive software is compatible with both PC AND MAC. For a PC, you need an Intel Pentium 4 1.3 GHz or AMD AthlonXP 1500 or better processor with at least 2 GB of RAM and 20 GB of available hard drive space. You should be running Windows XP or later with all current service packs and updates installed. Our device is compatible with Windows 8. For a MAC you will need a Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor, with at least 1 GB of RAM.
What type of internet connection do I need?
You will need a high speed (DSL or broadband) internet connection to download Vorze-compatible media.
Where do I find Vorze-compatible content?
Our member’s area contains a wide selection of content for you to enjoy. Your purchase of the Vorze includes a free 7-day trial membership! Important: If you have submitted an invalid email address you will not receive automated notifications. Email addresses can not be modified once an order is submitted.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Most tracking numbers will work within 24 hours of receipt of the e-mail notification. If you have received your tracking number but still can’t track your package 48 hours later, please contact us.
Do I need to pay duty, tax, or VAT on my order?
You are responsible for paying tax designated by your country or region. This may be requested by the courier at time of delivery.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
No, we do not require a signature for delivery.
Do I have to be home at time of delivery?
Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.
What does the package look like?
All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as "Nextgen" and will not reference "Vorze", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

What happens if my package was sent back?
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less a shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by UPS/USPS to return the package to our facility.

How long does shipping take?
Our facility ships packages Monday thru Friday. Orders usually ship within 2 business days from the date that payment is finalized. Shipping within the Continental United States usually takes 3 business days. Shipping outside the Continental United States takes longer and varies by location and customs.
Can I return the item I purchased from you?
All items that are unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our shipping fees. This includes shipments that are returned to us as rejected or unclaimed. After 30 days we will not issue a refund for any item, even unopened items.
My item is defective, what do I do?
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue for you. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for us to replace a defective or damaged item. After 30 days we will not replace or refund defective or damaged items.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is made it can not be cancelled. This is because our ordering process is automated and shipping generally happens the day of the order. However, we are more than happy to take returns so long as all items are unopened and unused . Please see above for more on the return policy.
